We never sell your personal information. To provide a seamless and secure experience, we use trusted third-party platforms to process and store your data:

  • Website Hosting (Wix): Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows us to share our services with you. Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases, and general Wix applications on secure servers behind a firewall.

  • Business Management (WellnessLiving): All lead forms, class bookings, and student profiles are processed directly through WellnessLiving. We do not store your sensitive personal or health information on our local website servers; it is housed within WellnessLiving’s secure, encrypted cloud environment. By creating an account, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with WellnessLiving’s Privacy Policy.

  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors integrated via WellnessLiving. Balance Pilates does not see or store your full credit card information.

4. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from Balance Pilates, including:

  • Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, waitlist notifications, and billing receipts.

  • Marketing Messages: Studio newsletters, promotional offers, and referral program updates.

Since we utilize WellnessLiving and Wix, your data benefits from enterprise-level security encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your booking account.
