Meet Melanie
Melanie brings a deeply personal passion and fresh dedication to the Balance Pilates team. Melanie is the perfect fit for anyone looking to establish a resilient physical foundation, particularly mothers returning to fitness, postpartum individuals, or those seeking to move with greater ease and less daily stiffness. Backed by the expert mentorship of Yael and the Balance Pilates clinical framework, Melanie ensures every client receives mindful, attentive guidance.
