Meet our instructor Arika Ratajik!

Arika, a Seattle native with a passion for health, wellness, and adventure, discovered her love for Pilates in 2017. With over 650 hours of training and an eight-month apprenticeship, Arika brings a strong foundation in Pilates fundamentals and core techniques.

 

She leads beginner-friendly classes and is also available for private and semi-private sessions. Her focus on strength, balance, and confidence-building aligns perfectly with our mission to support each of your individual goals.

At Balance Pilates, every individual’s journey is met with care and expertise. With over 20 years of experience as a Pilates instructor and more than 10 years in physiotherapy, Yael Arbel brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to each session. Her boutique studio is a space where your unique story, abilities, and goals are deeply valued.

 

Yael believes that mindful movement can transform your quality of life. Drawing on her extensive experience, she tailors every class to meet you where you are—whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to enhance your athletic performance, or simply seeking to maintain healthy, functional movement. Since opening Balance Pilates in 2019, Yael has cultivated a welcoming community where every client feels motivated, supported, and empowered.

 

Her personalized approach combines both physical challenge and restorative balance, offering you a unique mind-body connection that strengthens your body, improves mobility, and fosters confidence.
