Reversing "Tech Neck": We use the Pilates Chair and Wall Unit to open the chest and strengthen the deep stabilizers of the neck and upper back. This realigns your spine, pulling your shoulders back and down to undo a day’s worth of slouching.
Decompressing the Spine: Sitting for eight hours compresses the lumbar spine. Through intentional movement on the Reformer, we create space between the vertebrae, alleviating lower back pressure and restoring your natural height and "reach."
Mental Transition: 6:30 PM is the ultimate "bridge" time. It allows you to leave the stress of the office behind and transition into your home life with clarity and power, rather than carrying the day’s tension into your sleep.
