Our founder, Yael, wanted to create the perfect movement solution for local families. As you know, she brings a deep background in physical therapy and Pilates. She poured that clinical expertise into designing a program just for youth. Our new Teen Strength and Mobility class runs every Thursday at 6 PM. It provides an impactful antidote to heavy studying and daily screen time.
