Q3: What types of classes do you offer?
A3: We offer a variety of classes, including private sessions designed to provide personalized attention, semi-private classes for two participants, and small group classes with a maximum capacity of 5 people, which allow personal attention.

 

Q4: Do I need prior experience to join your classes?
A4: No prior experience is necessary. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each session, ensuring that movements are performed safely and effectively. If you are new to Pilates, we also encourage you to consider taking an introductory class. This will help us assess your level, goals, and personal needs, ensuring that your Pilates journey is tailored to your specific requirements.

 

Q5: What different levels of classes do you provide?
A5: We offer classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our instructor will assess your capabilities and help you find the class that best suits your fitness level and goals.

 

Q6: Is there a monthly subscription required?
A6: No, we offer a flexible punch card-based system. You can purchase a package of classes that suits your schedule and use them at your convenience.

 

Q7: How does your cancellation policy work?
A7: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

 

Q8: What should I wear and bring to a Pilates class?
A8: Wear comfortable workout attire, Grip socks are recommended.

 

Q9: How long is each class?
A9: Class duration is 55 minutes.

 

Q10: Is Pilates a good choice for rehabilitation after an injury?
A10: Absolutely, Pilates is highly recommended for rehabilitation purposes. Our instructor can develop a customized program that considers your injury or condition, with the added benefit of Yael's extensive physiotherapy experience to support your rehabilitation process. This tailored approach will assist you in safely rebuilding your strength and mobility.

Q12: How do I access the studio?
A12: To access the studio, take the gravel path situated right to the Garage door.

 

Q13: How do I book a class?
A13: Booking a class is easy. We use the Arbox app for our online booking system, please get in touch with the studio to get the app started on your phone.
