As we expand our evening schedule, our deepest priority remains exactly the same—caring for our community. We have never believed in crowded rooms or one-size-fits-all fitness. Our strict cap of five clients per class is the heartbeat of our studio. It ensures that every time a client lies down on a carriage, they receive the personalized, mindful attention they deserve. It allows us to focus on true body mechanics, keeping everyone safe, supported, and deeply seen.

Our ideal teammate is someone who understands how to meet clients exactly where they are:

• Nurturing Level 1 Clients: You enjoy using soft, inviting language to help clients ease safely into movement, find stability in their center, and gently invite the spine to decompress after long days at a desk.

• Challenging Level 2 Students: Growth also means knowing when to invite our clients into their next chapter. We need an instructor who can mindfully guide and push our Level 2 students—helping them explore new edges of functional strength, deepen their stability, and discover just how resilient their bodies can be.
